We want you to find different ways to MOVE and discover what feels good for you - remember we are all about finding the JOY in moving our bodies. Align & Tone
Combining elements of pilates, yoga and barre with a focus on alignment and posture. Creating a longer and stronger body. This class is perfect for strengthening your deep core and glutes muscles.
Shake it & Sculpt
A fun filled class with dance and aerobic sequences to work your cardiovascular system. Followed by body conditioning exercises for a little (or big) burn. Dependent on the focus, you may use heavy weights to improve strength and target specific muscle groups.
Stretch & Relax
Time to wind down with gentle flows, stretches and breathing techniques to relax the mind and body. Expect calming music and to leave feeling renewed.

Our Signature Classes are designed to provide a mixture of movement and exercise styles, encouraging MOVERS to try different things always with a focus on the JOY of movement! All of our signature classes have been designed to support pre and post natal bodies too.
